When I don't make enough crust for a top, I like to top it with a crumble topping.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar

Directions

1. Combine ingredients and sprinkle in clumps atop a prepared pie filling in pie dish.

2. Bake as long as you would the regular pie like the Blueberry Pie or the Apple Pie
