Ingredients

Cookie dough such as Chocolate Chip or Dark Chocolate Chip
1 package of cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 Tbsp icing sugar
2 bananas sliced
2 cups fresh strawberries
2 Tbsp dry roasted peanuts (optional)
1/4 cup chocolate topping

Directions

1. Preheat oven to cookie or brownie dough direction
2. Place parchment paper over pizza stone and spread cookie dough in a circle to within 1/2 inch of sides of the pan and 3/4 of an inch thick
3. Bake cookie for an extra 5-8 minutes or until the center is no longer shiny.
4. Let cookie cool for 30 minutes

5. In a bowl combine cream cheese, pineapple and icing sugar
6. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled cookie
7. Top cream cheese mixture with fruit and nuts

8. Sprinkle chocolate topping over fruit
9. Serve and enjoy
