Ingredients

12–16 Frozen Gyoza 1 bunch green onions
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Red Curry Paste
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Ginger
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Can Coconut Milk (400 mL) full fat is best 1.5 Cups Chicken Stock (enough to cover the dumplings)
Bok Choy chopped

To Serve:

  • Spring Onions
  • Chilli Oil
  • Sesame Seeds

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a baking dish, mix together peanut butter, red curry paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, coconut milk, and chicken stock.
  2. Add frozen gyoza and bok choy to the dish, making sure they’re mostly submerged in the sauce.
  3. Sprinkle over the spring onions. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Remove foil and broil uncovered for 10 minutes to get a slightly golden top.
  5. Serve hot, drizzled with chilli oil and sprinkle
