
Ingredients
12–16 Frozen Gyoza
1 bunch green onions
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Red Curry Paste
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Ginger
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Can Coconut Milk (400 mL) full fat is best
1.5 Cups Chicken Stock (enough to cover the dumplings)
Bok Choy chopped
To Serve:
- Spring Onions
- Chilli Oil
- Sesame Seeds
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F. In a baking dish, mix together peanut butter, red curry paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, coconut milk, and chicken stock.
- Add frozen gyoza and bok choy to the dish, making sure they’re mostly submerged in the sauce.
- Sprinkle over the spring onions. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and broil uncovered for 10 minutes to get a slightly golden top.
- Serve hot, drizzled with chilli oil and sprinkle
