Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper flakes
Juice from 1 lime
2 Tbsp sour cream / plain Greek yogurt

Dipping sauce

2 tbsp butter (melted)
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1-2 cloves minced garlic
Juice from 1 lime

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes
  2. Combine the marinade ingredients and thoroughly coat chicken. Allow to marinate for minimum of 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400F
  4. Air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes (flip halfway) or until an internal temperature of 74C
  5. Meanwhile, mix dip ingredients and adjust with seasoning to taste.
  6. Toss or dip your chicken in the honey lime sauce and enjoy
