Matt makes these at the firehall and they're a huge hit.

Drunk_Barbecue_Chicken

Ingredients

Montreal chicken spice
1 can of beer
Roasting chicken

Directions

  1. Drink beer down to the bottom of the bend in the can, poke holes in the top of the can along the bent edge.
  2. Sprinkle thoroughly with Montreal chicken spice, try to get the spice under the skin as well.
  3. Stand chicken up on the can of beer, by placing the can in the open cavity.
  4. Place chicken on small tin foil sheet in Barbecue
  5. Roast on medium heat for about 1 hour or until juices of leg run clear.
