Ingredients:

2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp ground cumin 
½ tsp ground cinnamon 
¼ tsp ground allspice 
¼ tsp ground cardamom 
¼ tsp ground turmeric 
2 cloves garlic, grated 
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper 
1 chicken breast sliced into 1-inch-thick pieces 
½ medium onion Allumette
2 tbsp yogurt ½ tsp lemon juice splash of Worcestershire  Tzatziki Sauce 2 pieces pita bread 
1 Roma tomato (about 6 ounces), chopped 
1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with tinfoil
  2. Combine the oil, cumin, cinnamon, allspice, cardamom, turmeric, garlic, salt pepper, yogurt, lemon juice & Worcestershire in a large bowl. Add the chicken and onions and mix to coat evenly.
  3. Spread in a single layer on a sheet pan, making sure the pieces are not overlapping. Bake until the chicken is cooked through (74C) and the onions are slightly caramelized, about 15 minutes.  
  4. Spread the Tzatziki sauce on top or inside the pitas and spoon the chicken and onions over the sauce. Top with the tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
