I usually buy to much sour cream for a recipe here or there and when I have left overs I like to make this creamy dressing.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley

Directions

  1. In a blender mix together all ingredients except for the olive oil.
  2. Slowly incorporate the olive oil to help set the emulsification.
  3. If you don't have fresh herbs you can substitute dry with 1/2 the amount the recipe calls for.
