French Toast Cloud

Ingredients

2 cups thick vanilla yogurt
5 large eggs
5 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 -1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
Splash of vanilla
TT Berries, syrup, icing sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk eggs until fluffy
  3. Add in yogurt and whisk a little more
  4. Add remaining ingredients
  5. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
  6. But loaf pan in the oven and decrease the oven temperature to 325F and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. After 30 minutes, decrease the oven temperature to 315F and bake for another 45 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve with berries, syrup and icing sugar.
