Ingredients
5-6 links of Spicy Sausages
2 lbs Brussels sprouts, cleaned and cut in half
¼ cup olive oil
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tart & crisp apple - cored and cut into thin slices
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp parsley
Directions
- On a BBQ or a separate pan, partially cook the sausages
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
- Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt and pepper. Lay out on sheet pan, and roast in oven for about 10 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy.
- Add the apples and chopped sausage to the pan and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients, stir until well blended. Pour over Brussels sprouts mixture and toss to combine.
