Ingredients

5-6 links of Spicy Sausages
2 lbs Brussels sprouts, cleaned and cut in half
¼ cup olive oil
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tart & crisp apple - cored and cut into thin slices ¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp parsley

Directions

  1. On a BBQ or a separate pan, partially cook the sausages
  2. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  3. Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt and pepper. Lay out on sheet pan, and roast in oven for about 10 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy.
  4. Add the apples and chopped sausage to the pan and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients, stir until well blended. Pour over Brussels sprouts mixture and toss to combine.
