Everyone I know loves a good pizza. This is seriously the easiest dough I've come across. I've used a scale to get the most accurate measurements but don't let that stop you from making your house smell of wonderful cheesy goodness.
Yield: 2 large pizza
375g (3 cups) flour - plus more for rolling out
12g (2 tsp) dry active yeast
375 mL (1 1/2 cups) lukewarm water
1 Tbsp sugar
15 mL (1 Tbsp) oil (olive & canola both work)
5g (1 tsp) seat salt
1/2 egg - Optional
Stretch or roll out your dough and add toppings of your choice
Bake at 475-500F for 10 minutes
